Seabrook

Symington's approached Totality GCS to design an innovative new range of adult bread snacks set to revolutionise the £1.7 Billion UK snacking category. 

The brief was to develop a range of designs that are based around the well known Seabrook Crisps brand. The designs needed to take inspiration from the Seabrook Crisp website and play directly upon the Yorkshire heritage of the brand. 

'Seabrook Country' was born, a fictional world where the products are made. Local residents such as 'Farmer Fred' and 'Saucy Sue' the Barmaid help bring the world to life and communicate each of the individual flavours. 

Representing Sweet Chilli Flavour is Fireman Frank. 

Frank is the chief at the local Fire Station and after a hard days work fighting fires he loves nothing more than the taste of his favourite flavour of Seabrook Bread Crisps.

Representing Cheddar Cheese & Red Onion Flavour is Farmer Fred. 

Fred is the proud owner of the local dairy farm and after a hard days work tending to his cattle he loves nothing more than the taste of his favourite flavour of Seabrook Bread Crisps.

Representing Tangy Barbeque Flavour is Saucy Sue. 

Sue is the landlord at the local Seabrook Arms and after a hard days work pulling pints she loves nothing more than the taste of her favourite flavour of Seabrook Bread Crisps.

To accompany the packaging we created bespoke designs for a complimentary shelf ready packaging solution.

Using only three colours, we gave the packaging a distressed vintage look and feel featuring the new Seabrook Bread Crisps branding and surrounding wooden frame.
